This 35-years old came with fever. Her USG showed a complex ovarian mass and her CA-125 was raised to 262. She was referred for a PET/CT, which showed multiple findings as depicted in these images.

The lungs showed nodules.

What is the pattern of disease? Does this allows us to clinch the diagnosis?
