The changing patterns of disease over 16 1/2 years in this patient with biopsy proven sarcoidosis
This 58-years old patient recently came for a follow-up CT scan, with features that suggested a non-IPF fibrosing ILD, suspiciously looking like fibrotic hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
However he was a biopsy proven case of sarcoidosis in 2005. The video explains the case, the evolution and a little more.
