Case 34: All High-Density Foci in the Lungs Are Not Old Calcified Granulomas
A young patient came with ectopics. A chest radiograph showed high-density foci. An earlier CT scan had shown pericardial calcification. The patient was sent for cardiac MRI, which did not show any significant abnormality.
A CT scan was repeated, which led to additional questioning and the final diagnosis.
