A mediastinal mass where 2 + 2 = 4
A 49-years old patient presented with dyspnea in April 2021. A superior mediastinal mass was reported on the CT scan done as a Covid-19 screen, but was not followed-up at the time. In July 2021, when the patient became more symptomatic, a CT scan was done followed by a biopsy.
The video describes the case, the path diagnosis and the eventual diagnosis on a repeat CT scan.
