Case 56: Unusual Progressive UIP-Like Fibrosis Following COVID-19

This 66-years old non-smoker had COVID-19 in April 2021. He worsened initially and then stabilized but has since then developed a UIP-like progressive fibrosis with honeycombing, which for me, is a first.
