A good luck at the lungs allows us to better triage lymphadenopathy
This is a 47-years old with classic non-necrotic subcarinal and bilateral hilar adenopathy, who was reported to have normal lungs. A second look showed lung lesions that were relevant to the case, allowed a more confident diagnosis to be made and downstaged the disease.
