Multifocal / diffuse pleural masses have a short differential diagnosis

This 76-years old man presented with mild dyspnea. The chest radiograph showed right hemithorax opacities. A CT scan and then a PET/CT showed multiple pleural nodules.

The video describes the case and a basic, simple approach to multifocal/diffuse pleural disease.
