This 57-years old lady asymptomatic lady was found to have a medial cardiophrenic angle lesion on the chest radiograph following which a CT scan was done.

  2. Epicardial fat pad / liopoma
  3. Foramen of Morgagni hernia
  4. Foramen of Bochdalek hernia
