A 50-years old came with these CT scan images. She was asymptomatic, during a COVID-19 CT done 18 months ago, something unusual had been noticed and reported.

Thoughts?

  1. Osteochondroma with a band
  2. Intrathoracic rib
  3. Thickened major fissure
  4. Accessory fissure
