It is possible in many instances to differentiate between tuberculosis and sarcoidosis
This is a short 15 minutes lecture I delivered at a sarcoidosis meeting recently that describes the differences between tuberculosis and sarcoidosis. The lecture touches upon the different nodal and lung presentations and how even healed disease differs. In indeterminate cases, biopsy is usually the best option.
