Approach to Small Diffuse Lung Nodules - Lecture

This is a short lecture on how to approach to diffuse small lung nodules. I have created this flow-chart from scratch.

The first thing to do is to differentiate those cases where there are only lung nodules, from those that have additional ancillary findings. If there are only lung nodules, then the next step is to see whether they are randomly distributed or non-random. And so and so forth as the chart shows....
