This is a short lecture (11 odd minutes) that I gave recently on how to risk stratify lung nodules.

When we are faced with solitary nodules, there are typically 4 decisions to be made

1. Leave alone
2. Follow-up (active surveillance)
3. Biopsy
4. Resect

The lecture runs through these scenarios with examples.
